Conditions of end-of-waste status for waste generated in the process of energy combustion of fuels
A new Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of October 27, 2022 has been published, specifying the detailed conditions for the loss of waste status for waste generated in the process of energy combustion of fuels.
