Privacy Policy

According to Art. 13 sec. 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 as amended on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data - hereinafter referred to as GDPR - we would like to inform you that:

I. Personal Data Administrator

The company ECHO Energy and Safety Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Nadarzyn, 5 Plantowa Street, 05-830 Nadarzyn, tel. 22 724 60 86, email: echoeg@echoeg.com is Personal Data Administrator of your personal data.

III. Purposes and basics of processing

The purposes and basics for processing your data will always be in line with the regulations of the GDPR. The basis for data processing may be consent for the processing, performance or conclusion of a contract, the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator or the legitimate interests of the Administrator.

In the case of data processing on the basis of consent, you have the right at any time to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.  

IV. Right to object

1. You have the right at any time to object to the processing of your data described above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes, unless we are able to demonstrate that in relation to your data, there are valid legally grounds for us that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or that your data will be necessary for us to possibly establish assert or defend claims.

2. You have the right at any time to object to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct marketing. If you exercise this right - we will stop processing your data for this purpose.

V. Data storage period

1. Your personal data will be processed as long as there are legal and factual grounds for it.  

2. We may process the data processed for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services until you object to their processing for this purpose or we determine that they have become obsolete.

VI. Data recipients

Your data may be accessed by our workers, subcontractors (processors), e.g. accounting. Legal and IT companies, claim adjusters, cintractors of claims handling services, marketing agencies.  

VII. Rights of data subjects:

According to the GDPR you are entitled to:

a) The right to access your data and receive a copy of it;
b) The right to rectify (correct) your data;
c) The right to delete data, limit data processing;
d) The right to object to data processing;
e) The right to data portability;
f) The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

VIII. Information on the requirement/voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to: • conducting the recruitment process. Without providing the data, it is not possible to participate in the recruitment, • responding to an inquiry or other notification. Without providing the data effective communication will not be possible, • preparation of the offer. Without providing the data, it will not be possible to send our cooperation proposal to you.
