Junior Environmental Protection Specialist 

Job description:

  • Implementation of projects related to the analysis of embedded emissions (CBAM),
  • Implementation of projects related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in the EU;
  • Cooperation with external entities, including those outside the EU;
  • Support for BDO, CRO, and BDS databases;
  • Preparing data for environmental reports on waste management and air pollution emissions (including GUS, KOBIZE, BDO);
  • Preparation of reports for administrative bodies in the field of environmental protection;
  • Cooperation with relevant authorities and institutions;
  • Monitoring and supervising changes in legal regulations related to environmental protection;

  • Participation in audits assessing compliance with environmental protection regulations;
  • Monitoring the services market, analyzing trends and competitors' activities;
  • Establishing business contacts and acquiring projects.

Requirements

  • Commitment – we want to work with someone who is eager to learn;
  • Education in environmental protection, environmental engineering, environmental management, or other related fields;
  • Knowledge – basic knowledge of environmental protection regulations
    and the ability to apply them in practice;
  • Language – good knowledge of English;
  • Good knowledge of computers and MS Office;
  • Good organization of one's own work and ability to work in a team;
  • Independence in action;
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
  • Punctuality and conscientiousness;
  • Passion and belief that it is worth caring for the natural environment.

Acceptable 

  • Knowledge of the CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism);
  • Implementation of projects related to carbon footprint analysis;
  • Professional activity on social media
