Our assessment may also serve as the fulfillment of the obligation described in point 9.1.2 of the standard: ISO 45001: 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a good practice to combine the assessment of compliance with legal health and safety requirements with the requirements of environmental protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the conformity assessment we carry out verification of documentation, inspection of work stations, and tours around the plant. The assessment report is also based on oral information obtained from plant employees, in particular those dealing with health and safety management issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The scope of the assessment covers, among others, areas of health and safety law, such as:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>General health and safety requirements;<\/li><li>Advisory and control bodies in the company - OHS service and OHS commission;<\/li><li>Work regulations and protection of the work of women and young people<\/li><li>Accidents at work and occupational diseases;<\/li><li>Research and measurement of the working environment;<\/li><li>Electromagnetic fields in the work environment;<\/li><li>Carcinogenic and mutagenic factors in the work environment;<\/li><li>Biological factors in the work environment;<\/li><li>Occupational risk assessment;<\/li><li>Preventive health protection of employees;<\/li><li>Training in the field of occupational health and safety;<\/li><li>Works with special legal conditions;<\/li><li>Putting into use of construction works and their operation;<\/li><li>Machine safety requirements;<\/li><li>Technical inspection of devices;<\/li><li>Safety of work with energy devices and installations;<\/li><li>Requirements regarding the risk of explosion;<\/li><li>Counteracting and combating COVID-19<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ocena zgodno\u015bci z wymaganiami prawnymi BHP obejmuje ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 przepis\u00f3w z zakresu wymaga\u0144 prawnych dotycz\u0105cych przedsi\u0119biorstwa.
