waste, i.e. the activity consists in recovering secondary raw materials in production processes (so-called recycling) or neutralizing waste in technical installations (e.g. by incineration or by conditions to be attached to the application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The operation of an installation for which the required\u00a0<strong>integrated permit<\/strong>\u00a0has not been obtained may be suspended by the competent voivodeship environmental protection inspector;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additionally, the operation of the installation without the required\u00a0<strong>integrated permit<\/strong>\u00a0podlega\u00a0karze\u00a0aresztu albo ograniczenia wolno\u015bci, albo grzywny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
