If the emission takes place in an&nbsp;<strong>organized manner<\/strong>, e.g. through a chimney or by means of mechanical ventilation, the introduction of substances into the air from these installations usually requires a permit. For some installations, when emissions take place in an unorganized manner, it may also be necessary to have a permit to discharge gases or dust into the air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some installations that do not require a permit may require notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When do you need to obtain a permit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>when introducing gases and dust into the air from the conducted installation<br>in an organized manner;<\/li><li>when introducing gases and dust into the air from some unorganized sources;<\/li><li>in the event of the intention to operate a newly built installation;<\/li><li>in the event of a system conversion.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Procedure for obtaining a permit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/moj-projekt.pl\/echo-cms\/admin\/ckeditor\/kcfinder\/upload\/images\/zakres.jpg\"><\/td><td>Determining whether an organized or unorganized emission takes place from the installation.
