EUDR goods cover seven categories of goods. The end result of these actions is the submission of a due diligence statement for each product. At this stage, the entire supply chain must be traced, i.e., it is necessary to find out which entities were involved in trading the products before they reached the company and collect the required information from those entities. The end result of this stage is to have all the required information about the products, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fa0cfafefef27759c9db0ea875d92d58\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">description, trade name, list of goods from which the final products were manufactured<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-54228a3150191d35a9274086499e6b33\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">geographical coordinates of the plots of land where the goods used to make the final products were produced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cf1901d97da3d7745f202cd7941d7da1\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">name, postal address, and email address of each company in the supply chain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2647c5df94cbc054bccd2639f816b180\" style=\"font-size:3px\">xx<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" style=\"background-color:#139c6594\" class=\"wp-block-list has-background\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-b3cc280c25ed2f63359452e2b9bdd66b\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">ASSESSMENT OF COLLECTED DATA IN TERMS OF RISK OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cf5f51c8cace32565597f368a6023ee6\">xx<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8d9a396b95c356767d4c32dabecf5305\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">At this stage, the company is required to evaluate the collected data to determine whether there is a risk that the products do not comply with the EUDR. The risk assessment takes into account, among other things, the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a89f302abd07fc0441961215ccb46454\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">the prevalence of deforestation or forest degradation in producing countries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-640efbc05a4c430df83127a7442adc93\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">complexity of supply chains<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c57ea35bfd45ee636bfdd133f31646be\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">the risk of mixing the company's products with products of unknown origin or produced in areas where deforestation or forest degradation occurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-16311f6834ebc0bf4f9992d3f4217721\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">If, after risk assessment, it turns out that the existing risk of non-compliance with the EUDR is greater than negligible, then the company must refrain from making its EUDR products available within the European Union and from exporting them from the Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cf5f51c8cace32565597f368a6023ee6\">xx<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" style=\"background-color:#139c6594\" class=\"wp-block-list has-background\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f607e9f496bd54430395dced59c6870c\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">IMPLEMENTATION OF APPROPRIATE RISK MITIGATION MEASURES<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cf5f51c8cace32565597f368a6023ee6\">xx<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6221cc6389a7b3097f9ea28078c39fcc\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">The implementation of appropriate and proportionate risk mitigation measures is necessary if the risk assessment identifies a risk of non-compliance that is greater than negligible. Such a statement should be submitted in the IT system created for the purposes of the EUDR and should contain specific data, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8eb1ecab417d5895c3a30750cc41f257\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">country of production and geolocation of all plots where the product was produced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-964216edf4ca191bb0cd0d25944fca65\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">CN code, description, name, quantity of product purchased or sold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cf5f51c8cace32565597f368a6023ee6\">xx<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" style=\"background-color:#139c6594\" class=\"wp-block-list has-background\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-7ec6a87550cac80644a2745f27a8b066\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DUE DILIGENCE SYSTEM<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cf5f51c8cace32565597f368a6023ee6\">xx<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a26b8c16625a431a6c1bd6e5996ae959\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">The due diligence system includes the preparation and implementation of all procedures, instructions, actions, and documentation that lead to product compliance with EUDR requirements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-263f55174499b72967b4a781651b87e6\" style=\"color:#000000d4\">The company is also required to report and continuously monitor changes affecting the compliance of EUDR products with the requirements of the EUDR Regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cf5f51c8cace32565597f368a6023ee6\">xx<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse has-background\" style=\"background-color:#abb7c247;font-size:30px\">V.
